Build Nepal is a national youth innovation hackathon organized by Mid-Valley International College (MVIC), bringing together students, developers, designers, engineers, and innovators aged 16–24 to build technology solutions for Nepal's most pressing challenges.

Unlike traditional hackathons that focus only on software, Build Nepal welcomes projects involving AI, Machine Learning, IoT, Robotics, Cybersecurity, Embedded Systems, AR/VR, GIS, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, Data Science, Hardware, and other emerging technologies. Whether you're building an AI-powered application, a smart agriculture device, a healthcare innovation, or a robotics prototype, this is your platform to create meaningful impact.

What You'll Build

Teams are expected to develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that addresses a real-world problem in Nepal. Your solution may be software, hardware, or a combination of both, provided it demonstrates a practical and innovative approach.

At the end of the hackathon, teams will submit:

* A working MVP
* A public GitHub repository (or firmware, source code, and documentation for hardware projects)
* A 3–5 minute YouTube demo video
* A Devpost project submission
* A live presentation to the judging panel
