The University of North Texas' User Experience Student Association is putting on its very first Design-a-Thon with the theme Pixels with Purpose! This Design-a-thon will be an impactful 8-week design challenge that focuses on cultivating ethical design practices. We hope this immersive experience will empower participants to create digital platforms addressing pressing issues such as data privacy, accessibility, and technology addiction. Guided by industry leaders through exclusive workshops, participants will gain practical insights into the intricate landscape of ethical considerations in design.
