About the challenge Who doesn't love a delightful surprise? Come join SPARKS to create a product that encourages and celebrates the beauty of spontaneous moments! SPARKS includes a series of workshops, speaker events, and presentations hosted over Zoom and in person. SPARKS is a designathon centered around the creation of an experience that adds value to people's lives by sparking delightful, unexpected moments of joy. Participants in teams of up to 4 will be challenged to create a prototype that promotes joyful spontaneity in the span of 3 days. SPARKS is an inclusive event that welcomes all individuals, regardless of their level of experience or background. Whether you are just starting out in design, you are an experienced designer, or simply someone with an interest in product creation, SPARKS has something for you.
