This hackathon is an exciting extention of our groundbreaking events that merge the transformative potential of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology with the development of advanced AI agents for enterprise applications. Hosted in collaboration and partnership with LlamaIndex, Pinecone and VESSL AI, this hackathon is a leap towards creating more intelligent, contextually aware AI agents.

OVERVIEW

LlamaIndex has been a pioneer in making RAG application development easy and accessible. As the AI ecosystem has continued to develop, it’s become clear that RAG is necessary but not sufficient: agentic systems that use multiple independent agents working together to retrieve data, answer questions and perform actions are necessary. LlamaIndex has answered that call with a suite of tools to make developing agentic systems easier. Now we want you to try them out!

PARTICIPANT PROFILE

We're targeting enterprise developers and product managers passionate about RAG and agentic systems. Ideal participants have experience with AI technologies and are eager to create innovative solutions for real-world business challenges. Whether you're a seasoned AI engineer or a forward-thinking product manager, if you're ready to push the boundaries of enterprise AI, this hackathon is for you.

* Build agentic systems: develop fully autonomous or human-in-the-loop systems that use one or more LLMs to retrieve and process information, make decisions and take action.

* Dive deep into RAG technology: LlamaIndex is the leading framework for data-backed applications.

* Create real solutions: develop true solutions to real-world problems and launch them to the world.

This hackathon aims to move beyond the basics of RAG, pushing the boundaries of AI innovation to develop AI agents with unparalleled intelligence and versatility. Our goal is to build solutions that bring us closer to commercializing these technologies, accelerating the adoption of AI in enterprises.

CHALLENGES

We’re most interested in submissions that advance in one or more of the following areas:

* Real-World Applications: Develop and demonstrate real-world applications of agentic systems that can be commercialized and adopted by enterprises.

* Integration & Interoperability: Create seamless integration with existing enterprise systems and ensure interoperability between different AI tools.
