Hey Innovators!
Get ready to turn your product ideas into action at the Product Management Pro-Hackathon
this Monday, April 7th, at Stevens Institute of Technology! This is your chance to collaborate,
prototype, and pitch your next big idea while gaining real-world product experience. Whether
you’re a builder, a dreamer, or a designer – this is your playground.
Venue: UCC Gallery
Time: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Goals – Problem Statement
At 10:00 AM, the official problem statement will be released (watch your inbox!). Your mission
is to design a creative, impactful product solution that demonstrates:
• Strong product thinking
• User-centric design
• Technical feasibility
• Clear storytelling
Teams of up to 7 members will tackle the problem, ideate solutions, and submit a working
concept before the 5:30 PM deadline.
Concerns / Callouts
• Limited Spots: Only the first 10 teams will be admitted. Check-in is first-come, first
serve and will close once the cap is reached.
• Decentralized Format: You’re free to work from anywhere on campus! Just be on time for
check-in, mentorship, and final presentations.
• Timing Matters:
o Arrive early to form your team
o Check-in opens at 1:00 PM
o Final pitch must be 5 minutes (penalty points if you exceed)
o Submission deadline is strict – 5:30 PM sharp
Key Metrics / How to Measure Success
Judges will assess your work based on the following criteria:
• Clarity – Does your solution clearly address the problem?
• Innovation – Is your idea unique and compelling?
• Feasibility – Can your product actually be built and scaled?
• Product Thinking – Does your team demonstrate an understanding of real-world product
strategy?
Bonus Points for storytelling, user empathy, and sharp visuals!

6:00 PM onward: Team Presentations, Judging + Awards
