Tech savvy Nigerians! Do you have ideas that might strengthen the bond between citizens and government? Come and participate at the Open Alliance Transparency Hackathon, sponsored by the Open Alliance Nigeria. You'll collaborate with like-minded individuals to create an open government tech tool that can help the government, citizens and civil society bond.
