About the challenge NorCalHacks is open to all global citizens that are in middle, high school, or college! The hackathon is designed for beginner to intermediate programmers. Our theme for this year is social equallity. We have two divisions for our hackathon; one for middle school and one for high school/college. Middle school students will be scored and awarded relative to other middle school students. High school and college students will be scored and awarded relative to other high school/college students.
