There are mountains of data collected on everything -- from day-to-day activities such as pulling directions to the grocery store, to specialized data for first responders attending a disaster zone. Much of this data sits unused! The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is looking for the best data explorers and developer storytellers in the US to find stories lying in these disparate databases. Using the heaping piles of data made available at the hackathon, your challenge is to develop your next generation geospatial story that educates and demonstrates data exploration at its finest!
