Pre-Event Preparation To make sure you're well-prepared, the following activities will take place before the Study Buddy Hackathon:
Enablement Workshop In person - 10/3/24, 11AM-12:30PM: Introduction to relevant technologies and APIs
Office Hours: Three virtual sessions for Q&A and guidance - 10/10, 17 and 24 from 11AM-12PM
Idea Collection: Participants submit abstracts of their app concepts
PLEASE NOTE this challenge is ONLY open to students enrolled at Morgan State University Morgan State University and Lincoln Financial have partnered on two codeLinc hackathon events where undergraduate students have an opportunity to solve technology-related challenges. Under the guidance of technical experts from Lincoln, AWS, Accenture, LTIMindree and Cognizant, they have had the chance to showcase their coding and programming capabilities and stretch their skill sets. In 2024, Lincoln Financial Group will again be partnering with Morgan State University to hold a new event on the Morgan State campus. EVENT OVERVIEW
The event will kick off on campus on Thursday, 10/3/24, 11AM
The will then be 3 opportunities for virtul coaching via open office hours on 10/10/24, 10/17/24 and 10/24/24 from 11AM-12:30PM
The AWS Generative AI coding environment will be open to teams on 10/23/24.
On Saturday, 10/26/24, teams will assembe from 9:30-4pm at the Earl Graves School of Business for opening remarks, coding sessions, participant demonstrations and prizes
