Metaverse Hackathon

      To start highlighting pros and cons of metaverses. Hoping to see what forms of Metaversing Hacking may happen. So let's get the ball rolling with some simple challenges in a Metaversal Space in the Uplift World server in Minecraft to see how people may get around permission levels within a metaverse.

     Two challenges will be posted within this same hackathon, users may only participate in one.

     The challenges are held on two seperate game worlds at the same time.

     The official challenge clock will be Clock Zone of Miami Florida at Clock.Zone/America/Miami-Florida, all times for starting and tweet distribution (by hosts) will be by this clock. By all participants using this clock, in tweets all times can coordinate.

The Challenges:

Challenge 1:

Metacaching {

       Goal: Utilize tools to capture data from hidden sign(s) around an undisclosed public sign on plot. Data will be hidden with in a 10 block radius of the visible sign. The radius is based on cubic dimension (14 directions from the center).

How to win() {

Find the hidden data-sign at announced location around a visible sign, once the correct data-sign is found and extracted hacker must post tweet with the captured data on Twitter and must tag @BuildRDAO, @__3d___, @Trekkw2ks.

Challenge 2:

Capture the Data {

         Goal: Utilize tools to retrieve hidden message in a book locked inside of an item frame.

How to win() {

      Hacker must get message out of book and then tweet a message with captured data on Twitter and must tag @BuildRDAO, @__3d___, @Trekkw2ks.

Minecraft version used in the uplift is 1.16.5.

Winner of each Challenge (2 total) will receive approximately 25$ USD worth of Bitcoin (BTC).

All participaints will have an oppritunity to obtain a Proof of Participation NFT that has staking capabilities.
