The day long hackathon will engage interdisciplinary teams to propose creative technical solutions to the gender pay gap, workplace harassment, hiring for & fostering team diversity and inclusion, and benefits for the burden of care.

LYLAS Labs hackathons are open to all participants, regardless of technical experience or subject matter expertise. All participants will be organized on teams than span skill set and include technical engineers and an expert from or Subject Matter Sponsors. Participants will be invited to get to know their team and subject on the kickoff event on Friday, October 11th and but those ideas into a technical solution during the day long hackathon on October 12th. Participants will receive gifts, meals, and access to our sponsors. In addition, the winning team will receive a cash prize.
