Round 1 : PowerPoint Submission (Online - Unstop)

This is the first round of the Hackathon. All teams must present their problem statement and solution through a PowerPoint presentation. A sample PPT is provided in the link below.

Submission Deadline: Upload your PPT with your solutions by February 18, 2025.

No Convergence 2K25 pass is required for this round.

Round 2 : On-Campus Hackathon (VNR VJIET)

The On-Campus Hackathon will take place at VNR VJIET. Teams that qualify from Round 1 will compete in this final round from February 21, 2025 to February 22, 2025.

Important: A Convergence 2K25 pass is mandatory for all team members to participate in this round.

Essentials for Consideration :

• Date: 21st and 22nd of February, 2025  


• Duration: 24 hours (Offline)  


• Venue: VNR VJIET  


• Team Size: 3 - 4 members

Hackathon Guidelines :

• The problem statements provided are broad, allowing participants to choose any tech stack that suits their preferences.  


• Participants are encouraged to interpret the challenges creatively and propose innovative solutions.  


• Teams opting to work on their own problem statements will have their score reduced by 20%.


• Teams that design a solution involving both software and hardware will receive a 20% increase in their score.  


• Teams consisting of participants from different colleges and academic years are permitted.
