About This Hackathon

About the challenge      Hack the Concrete Jungle (HTCJ) — Dallas is a sports-tech hackathon running in collaboration with Web3 Crossover, designed to build technology inside a live sports and cultural environment.   This challenge focuses on developing sports-tech solutions while the game is alive, powered by Web3, AI, and emerging technology.   Builders are challenged to create real, working products that serve athletes, teams, fans, and sports ecosystems — with an emphasis on ownership, identity, monetization, and community.   Challenge areas include (but are not limited to):

Athlete performance, wellness & recovery

NIL, athlete monetization & fan engagement

Sports analytics & real-time data tools

Web3 infrastructure for ownership, access, and governance

Payments, ticketing, and fan economy tools

Media, creator, and community platforms around sports

This is Dallas Sports-Tech, amplified by Web3 Crossover, grounded in real athletes, real games, and real communities.   Core principle: Develop while the game is alive.   Get started     Sign up on Devpost and review the HTCJ × Web3 Crossover challenge details.
