Problem Statement:Manual academic processes are slow, error-prone, and lack transparency. Students and staff often face delays due to fragmented approvals and repeated submissions. Solution:

Students submit FYP ideas, select supervisors, upload documentation, and track progress.

Supervisors review proposals, SRS, and reports (plagiarism & AI similarity).

Examiners, HODs, Deans, and administrative offices approve stages digitally.

Unified Degree Clearance replaces 4 manual forms with a single automated system.

Additional features: Notifications, document management, and admin dashboards.
