FVM Hackathon

The FVM is a runtime environment for smart contracts on the Filecoin network. These smart contracts, also called actors, can be written in Solidity. This runtime is fully EVM compatible. This means devs are free to use whatever tool they are most comfortable with. Additionally, you will be able to take advantage of properties of the Filecoin network such as making, monitoring and interacting with storage deals. This hackathon is part of the of the Filecoin Orbit Community program|A group of volunteer Ambassadors who host Filecoin meetups and hackathons, publish educational materials about Filecoin, and build software using Filecoin, IPFS, or FVM.
