CodeDay New York is an organization geared towards helping high school students (9th through 12th grade) from underrepresented backgrounds learn more about CS and create coding projects from scratch--an in-demand skill in today's market. Our hackathon specifically targets the arts (visual arts, music, theater, etc.) and encourages students to put their creativity and technicality to the test. This hackathon is mainly geared towards coding beginners but people with experience are also welcome!
