The goal of the is to solve gastronomy oriented challenges and create new solutions in a rapid prototyping format. To achieve this goal, four partners will host real-life challenges and participants (startups, students, innovators, entrepreneurs) will develop new prototypes in only 24 hours directly at the GAST Messe'19 in Salzburg.
